It was another wet weekend but thanks to our hard working Board, coaches, players and volunteers, we got a few games in Saturday, held a 10U Clinic Sunday and the 12U Blaze played their first scrimmages of the season Sunday. Let's hope this coming weekend is a dry one. Regarding Saturday's rain-outs, your coach will communicate the rescheduled game date/times to your team. It's going to get busy very soon!
AGSA is happy to announce the Managers for the 2018 spring and summer Blaze teams as follows:
8U Division: Mari Hayward
10U Division: Aaron Lambert
12U Division: Sharon Perkins
10U Blaze Tryouts are taking place on March 25th from 3:00 till 5:00 on Krusi Field 1, with makeup tryouts on March 26th from 4:30 till 5:30 on Krusi Field 1
Also note, both the 10U and 8U divisions will be holding Advanced Skills Clinics. These clinics are open to all players in the division but are designed with a focus on advanced skills and drills emphasized on a tournament level team. Coaches will be looking for players interested in trying out for the 2018 Blaze teams during these clinics and available to answer questions you may have before the tryouts.
8U Clinic - Dates for the 8U division clinic are still TBD, but we are looking to have 2 clinics for the 8U division during the month of April.
A big thank you to all of our AGSA sponsors - we appreciate your support!
