AGSA BOARD MEETING

No change to report from Darlene
Fun Ball Update:
Dani needs bodies for registration during Fun Ball especially on the first day. Medical releases will need to be filled out. Modify release forms to just include an emergency contact person and consent for treatment.
Jay and Tom will take care of getting the table and chairs out of the storage at Santa Clara and have them available at Krusi to set up for registration.
HELP AT REGISTRATION
October 14th. = Anne and Dani (all day)
October 21st. = Anne and Philly (all day)
October 28th. = Carla and Darlene (all day)
November 4th. = Dani, Philly, and Ken (all day)
Jay and Tom will prepare two sets of equipment per age group for the clinic.
Dani will be updating out B.O.D. contact list and also will be following up with an e-mail to the coaches and through Sportability about Fun Ball this week.
5013C Status
Submitted articles to Sean Rhatighan who in turn submits them to a company to review for $85.00. When Sean receives them back he will send them to State and Federal. Should be about $750.00.
Krusi
Ken will be meeting next week on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. with Dale to discuss Krusi park. Phil and Tom will also attend meeting. Dale is requesting drawings. We would like shed in by February/March of 2008. Will question Dale on the A.R.P.D. building and the changing of the fields plans.
Inter league
Ken talked to Rocky and will meet again with him the week of October 15, 2007.
Schedule
Sharon has software program downloaded and has been experimenting with it. In regards to communications, see handout from Sharon. Discussion on how website should look and run. Sharon will "fiddle" with CoffeCup and report back in November but will send out links before hand for the Board to look at.
November 6, 2007 Board Meeting plus "In Person" registration night at 2233 Santa Clara Ave. Announce registration in "rear" of building. Discussion on whether to raise registration fees or not. Decision is to NOT raise the fee.do for the 12U/14U players that are looking for more competitive play than rec. ball. Can or will we let 12U's play up in the 14U division? Discussion on an additional "upper division" 12U team in addition to rec ball.
